The Hideout operates in compliance with Bohemia Interactive's monetization guidelines. All perks and purchases offered on this website are designed to be cosmetic or convenience-based and do not provide competitive advantages that would constitute "pay-to-win" gameplay.

What we offer:

• Priority Queue Access: Skip server queues during high-traffic periods. This does not affect in-game content or provide any in-game advantages.
• Clan Tag Colors: Cosmetic customization for clan tags. Purely visual with no gameplay impact.
• Supporter Packs: Bundles of the above perks for community supporters.

What we do NOT offer:

• - In-game items, weapons, or equipment
• - Special spawns or spawn locations
• - In-game currency or resources
• - Any content that provides competitive advantages

By making a purchase on The Hideout, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All purchases are considered voluntary donations to support the server and community, in exchange for which you receive access to certain perks and features.
• Purchases do not grant ownership of any Bohemia Interactive intellectual property or in-game content.
• Perk access is tied to our server(s) only and has no value outside of The Hideout community.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate perks at any time if required for server maintenance, rule enforcement, or compliance reasons.
• Abuse of perks or violation of server rules may result in perk revocation without refund.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the community from abuse.

Eligible for Refund:

• Technical issues preventing perk activation that cannot be resolved within 48 hours
• Duplicate purchases made in error (within 24 hours of purchase)
• Server shutdown before perk expiration (prorated refund)

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Change of mind after perk activation
• Account bans due to rule violations
• Perks that have been partially or fully used
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact us through our Discord server with your purchase details and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

All refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued in the original payment currency.

The Hideout and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided on this website or the availability of our game servers.

By using this website and our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Hideout and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service.
